Consulting

Four problems I am good at.

I take on a small number of consulting and advisory projects alongside my work and research. These are the ones where sixteen years of doing it is worth more than a deck.

1. Your self serve product is not converting

You have built an online booking or ordering platform and the traffic is there, but the orders are not, or first time buyers never come back. I review the funnel end to end, from the channels bringing people in to the point of payment, and come back with a ranked list of fixes and the reasoning behind each one.

Typically two to four weeks.

2. You are launching something and the story is not landing

Positioning, messaging, and a go to market plan for a new product or feature, including how sales, marketing, and support will all say the same thing about it.

Typically three to six weeks.

3. You need a brand campaign that works in India

Integrated campaign strategy across television, print, digital, and on ground, with regional language and multi market experience. Particularly useful for tourism, transport, government, and public sector brands.

Project based.

4. You are exposed to deepfakes and have no plan

A readiness review for brands and public institutions: where you are vulnerable to synthetic media, what to prepare before an incident, who says what in the first six hours, and how to rebuild trust afterwards. Grounded in my doctoral research rather than a vendor pitch.

Typically two to three weeks.

How I work, and how to start

Small engagements, clear scope, written recommendations you can act on without me. I work remotely from Thiruvananthapuram and travel when the work needs it.

Start with an email describing the problem in a paragraph. If I am not the right person, I will say so and suggest who might be.
