About
Two careers that keep meeting.
I have spent sixteen years on both sides of the same problem: how a brand earns attention, and how a product earns money. The first half of my career was agency side. The second half has been product side. The research is what happens when you take both seriously.

I started in 2010 at Crayons Advertising, planning and running campaigns for Kerala Tourism, TATA Motors, and Air India, across television, print, and on ground. Those were the years I learned how a campaign actually reaches people, and how much of that is logistics rather than ideas.
At Stark Communications I moved into digital and then ran it, first as digital account manager and later as group account head. We launched the Go Kerala app, the Maya WhatsApp bot, and VR activations at airports for Kerala Tourism, and built the digital service layer for Kochi Metro from scratch. I was managing a ₹15 Cr quarterly marketing budget, about ₹60 Cr in annual revenue from digital campaigns, and hiring across paid media, SEO, content, and development.
In between, at Omnicom’s Annalect, I led a 40 plus person insights and programmatic team for UK clients. That year taught me to argue from data rather than instinct, which changed how I work.
Since 2022 I have been at Bennett, Coleman and Co. Ltd, the Times of India Group, as senior manager for product marketing. I am head of product for ads.timesofindia.com and run product marketing for EducationTimes.com, TimesProperty.com, and TimesAscent.com. The platform work has been the most satisfying of my career so far: you ship something on Tuesday and see it in the revenue by Friday.
In 2025 I joined the working professionals doctoral programme at IIM Sambalpur to research brand resilience against AI generated deepfakes and synthetic misinformation. It is not a detour. Every platform I have worked on runs on a reader’s assumption that what they are seeing is real, and that assumption is now negotiable.
I work from Thiruvananthapuram, where I live with my parents, and travel to Mumbai for work.
